impossible to make a re-issu

hello
i am a french user or the KLC
i have bought the klc with the ms20 controller to the shop sun music at la seyne sur mer in france ,
when i bought it i was under windows xp pro, but now i am under windows 7 pro 64 bit
i have download from the korguser.net the last update for the klc with a setup compliant with 64bit
setup is ok
but at least i am in demo version
in the elicenser manager there is all my product, but on trhe main page of korguser.net i have nothing ????
more than that, if i want to register my KLC i have an error message saying that the product is already registered !!! what's the hell !!!
i have the orignal CD
the orignal ms20ic controller
i have the usb key with all of my product registered on it
i have a locking code when i launch applicaiton of the klc
but
- i can't purchase the last update because my account seems to be empty
- i can't have a full version of my product because i can't re-issu them

it is impossible to join by phone the technicall support of korg from "la boite noire"
i have also sent an email last week, i still have no answer from korg

please help me
