Can update microarranger OS with "liverpool"?

A general area for all different kinds of KORG arranger users to meet up and chat about products, support, music, and news. General arranger talk that’s of interest to fellow musician. I-Series, iS-Series, PA Series and so on....

Can update microarranger OS with "liverpool"?

Post by MacPac »

That is my question.

I have the possibility to buy a microArranger standard at a good price.
I think the microArranger and liverpool hardware is the same except for external customization.

Is it possible to install the OS and liverpool resources on the original microArranger and thus get all the functions of the liverpool?

I have seen that the original has a version 1.0 and liverpool 1.02 and all the songs, and it would be great to be able to convert the "original" into "liverpool"

Highly unlikely, if only from a Korg marketing viewpoint. License to include Beatles specific rhythms probably cost them a fortune.
