Keyscape, Omnisphere 2 will get acquainted with my Kronos

Post by GregC »

I had to change my tag line :) The Kronos was all there was for some time.

Anyway, I had to have these VI's. They are too good to wait any further.
Spectrasonics tech support seems to be responsive- takes 1-2 days
for email turnaround.

I also got a great deal from Guitar Center online
( OMG! GC ! )

Hey man, congrats!

Spectrasonics support is the best! I had some issues with a new SSD, which rendered my virtual instruments useless in the middle of a big project. Support was blazing fast and saved my arse just in time.

When Keyscape was announced I was like "do I really need yet another set of keyboard samples?" - I had no idea, having all those great samples in one place made my life so much easier. And the sonic possibilites when you use Keyscape within Omnisphere are almost endless. In fact, Spectrasonics just released a *free* library called "Keyscape Creative" with over 1200 new Omnisphere patches for users who also own Keyscape.

I know their stuff can be fairly pricey, but imho you get every single penny out of your investment.

thx for the post. What a great story.

That free library helped seal the deal.

The price of both is pricey. I really paused
because of the $$. The more I studied it, the more convinced I became. It is an investment, very much like the Kronos.
