Hello,
Just today I bought in auction an Electribe MX (the blue one).
I tried to change the pitch (part common) of the Snare, kick...always only let me change to -63,-62,-61...other changes I can't do it. Also happens the same with the PAN, LEVEL...
Anyone with the same problem? Is knob problem? Or settings?

First of all, ignore sl23's lazyass answer. This is a clear hardware issue.
This general type of problem is related to other 'static discharge/short circuit" issues common in the body of these electribes. Typically you can fix it by opening it up from the top panel (needs an allen key and a Philips screwdriver) and placing a sheet of parchment paper (fire-reisistant cooking paper, like waxed paper), BUT...
This particular problem cropped up for me too, where it was basically stuck on one pole for the setting. If the parchment paper trick doesn't work, it'll be resolved by finding and redoing the 4(?) solder points where the knob's legs meet the board. It's not too hard if you've soldered anything, just re-melt what's there, maybe add some more, or if it's not shiny you might want to remove the old blob and put some new solder on those points. This action specifically should resolve it 100%
Oh, and as an aside, you should always try to make sure you're in "Part Edit" mode when you're making tweaks: it's not always necessary, but don't blame me when you erase your sick new beat turning the wheel to change the oscillator shape in the wrong mode!

Yes, it's exactly the same; just re-touch the solder points or have someone with experience help you. Basically when it sits in one value like that at an extreme range (in any device with analog knobs like these), it means the solder point for that 'pole' is dead/dying. It's a good one to practice on since there's not a lot of neighbouring components and you don't have to worry TOO much about overheating anything.
