I found that instrument extremely versatile and animated, the synth wasn't bad either, har har. What the heck was that? The background was really flat but what a lead, and those moves of hers, yikes!

You mean she had a keyboard? I'll have to see that again, as I thought she was a dancer.

That was obviously a commercial for fish net clothing

The thing she "played" reminds me of the what Chic Corea used in the 80's. Although he didn't play it so energetically.

It looks like a yamaha kx5 or kxs, but I can find no reference to it anywhere.

I have the Kx5, and it actually works fine. The keys are a bit small of course.

How I got it is a story. Back in 2000, I was buying a 3 month old Triton 61 from a semi retired wealthy guy in the SF Bay area. ( he was disappointed with the partial AKAI sample conversion).

He had the KX5 standing up in the corner of his studio. He asked me if I wanted it for nothing, I said, sure, Thank you very much

Greg: Yeah, that cold is history, and one that I don't want to revisit. If you want to decide for yourself if the old pipes are back to normal check out my new song in Promote, its Me And My Radio, thank god I can sing again, although in my case I use the term loosely.
