Thanks for sharing the video.
The user in the video says it is "an issue", but I don't see it as such.
The reason this happens is because you are copying a track from a different style. For ex., when you copy "All" from Var 2 of Style A to Var 2 of Style B, it copies everything including track volume, expression, effects, etc. and it keeps it as such. If it didn't copy everything 100% then everyone would complain that the copy feature doesn't work properly.

Actually, I see this as an alternative solution to my initial question in terms of "how can I have different volumes/effects between different tracks". I could save the style twice, and modify one, then copy each track individually over to the other style.... too much of a hassle though.

In my opinion:
- A user SHOULD have the option to control each track's effects and volumes independently of each other. This is how I recall Pa4x being and this WAS the case with an earlier OS (i believe 1.2x)
