Hi,
I just purchased the King Korg, and I'm finding it extremely confusing. I'm trying to split the keyboard so I can have a bass on my left hand, and then organ or piano on the right. Going through the manuals have been no help and I have yet to find anything online. If someone could walk me through it I would be very appreciative. Cheers.

G'day Holmes,
Try this:

This is NOT the manual that came with your KK, if it was packaged like mine.
Cheers!

When I press the 'split' button, current patch becomes the left part of the split, how do we set the patch for the second part?
I press Timbre B, but I can't find the patch change part.
Can't we use two patches(programs) at the same time, bass in the left hand and piano in the right? Like program 112 on the left of the split and program 257 on the right?
(I have read the manual but def missing sth)

Re:
Yes, you can use two programs simultaneously. You’ll want to set one for the left side of the split and one for the right side. Look for the "Program Change" option for the second part.Ceyhan wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2024 2:20 pm When I press the 'split' button, current patch becomes the left part of the split, how do we set the patch for the second part? mirisi za kuću

Re: King Korg Help, Split Function
Unfortunately that video didn't really help me much. I have a sound that I want to use for my right hand in a split and for some reason my old King Korg defaults to having it as timbre 1 which is always the left hand.
Does anybody have a work around? I suppose i could probably choose another sound for the left hand first.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeremykeys
