OS 1.3 Matrix issue

Upon installing os1.3, or reloading factory resources, the new Matrix updates seemed to work. However, after installing my User data, New Matrix features disappear. I have tried this several times with no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Try restoring the KB with only Settings checked; this should bring the Matrix back.
