I just stumbled upon Keyboard Academy on YouTube which has a series of videos which highlight features on the Korg PA series. I incorrectly assumed that these were to highlight features of the PA5X, however some of these features are also on the PA700 and PA1000. For a home player like myself who has found the learning curve to be a steep one even after several years, some of these videos have provided a jump start to explore features that I never knew existed. I would strongly suggest taking a look.
