Good news Part II

Post by Xx_Joey_xX »

Hello All

So in a previous post I was able to confirm that KORG is working on the DELETE BUTTON FUNCTION in style edit for the 5x, today I was able to confirm that they're also working on the UNDO function in style edit. Those two features were two of the most requested features for the 5x according to KORG

Once again no date was given on the next OS update.

@ Xx_Joey_xX
We all know that there will be another update - don't we?
....or do we???

Come up with some real information and we will take this seriously - in the meantime, we (and you) know NOTHING!!!

....and, my apologies if you are just having a joke with us but sadly, it is no longer amusing....

To bo honest I was not expecting such replies!
I never said that I am special or privileged with KORG.
If you guys review my posts you would see that I am very critical of KORG.

Now, I do live music for a living I depend on my 4x, and hopefully 5x to earn money.
So when I invest over 4000 thousand dollars on the 5x, if it's not up to expectation or performs as advertised I will bitch and complain to KORG about it.

I have tried to reach KORG ITALY, wrote daily emails, tried calling New York none stop for almost 2 weeks straight until they gave me some answers. All I am doing is passing on whatever information they gave me.

Now, knowing what kinda responses I'm going to get here, I really don't feel welcome to post anything in regards to this subject matter.

Good Day and God bless.

Hi Joey

This is what we were asking - FROM WHOM/WHERE did you get the information

so... you were actually given this information directly from Korg in New York???? Korg?? or a distributor??? It is still not clear.

Sorry but we get so many posts stating this type of information but with no source information.

So, my question is did you get this information directly from the Korg company (not retailer, not distributor?)

Thanks

I am still amazed after all this time from Korgs' lack of desire to communicate any public relations, despite all the efforts coming from Korgs long standing customers and PA5X owners who are desperately trying to communicate with THEM...

You would think in this "day and age" with Internet exposure Korg would be keen to quickly calm any troubled waters...

Communication is absolutely paramount in any relationship, this leaves me quite perplexed at Korgs' absence and lack of professionalism considering PA5X history and exposure so far...

This can only be damaging for business in the future if Korg allows this to continue...

In the mean time....

Thank you to all those who are trying hard to find Reliable Information (important), provided publicly on this forum or through the busy back channels.

I agree with you, you would think they would use this as a part of marketing campaign to tell the industry "see we listen and understand needs of our customers"

I would be ok if you wouldn't say GOOD NEWS.
We all know that sometime KORG will put UNDO and DELETE to new updates. So, it is not something new. BUT, if you would tell us when will come out new UPDATE, then it would be Good News.

I hope you understand us, we are waiting updates from KORG, and when we see your topic and read your post, we are disappointed that there is not any good news.

I hope they also implement the Quick Recording functions. The sequencer is very basic now!
