HELP KORG OASYS CRASH

My Oasys just crashed with a blue screen.
"This OASYS must be re-authroized"

It then states I need to use the Public ID "shown below" but there is no ID!!!

What to do?

It could be corruption of the hard disk drive. Have there been any other oddities recently, like samples not sounding right, or other glitches?
