Hi there,
Selecting a few SGX piano sounds, choose different piano types (German, Japanese, etc.). if you still don't hear anything, check if you see a "samples not loaded" messages at the top of the screen. Then select "Load samples" from the upper right menu. If still no sound, you will have to verify in Disk mode if the piano sample sets are still on the SSD. They are available on the install DVDs if ever not present on the SSD for whatever reason.

I will check if there missing files.
You're welcome !
If your SGX piano programs don't sound after trying to load the samples as previously mentioned check the following files in Disk mode :
To load the German Grand sounds :
Open the FACTORY directory
Then open the Preload_Individual_KSC directory
Then select the PRELOAD_EXs6.KSC file and click on the red Load button.
To load the Japanese Grand sounds :
Open the FACTORY directory
Then open the Preload_Individual_KSC directory
Then select the PRELOAD_EXs7.KSC file and click on the red Load button.
To load the Berlin Grand sounds (if your Kronos X has the Kronos 2 upgrade) :
Open the FACTORY directory
Then open the Preload_Individual_KSC directory
Then select the PRELOAD_EXs17.KSC file and click on the red Load button.
There could also be more pianos elsewhere, it depends if your unit has only the factory files or additional piano libraries.

if you download any new KSC files from the library, in order for them to work with the new sounds, they have to be sitting somewhere in your internal ssd drive or you wont here the presets. always when select APPEND when they ask you.
Then open the Preload_Individual_KSC directory
Then select the PRELOAD_EXs7.KSC file and click on the red Load button.
