Transfer

Post by Sirashki »

Hello. I have good news. I was able to convert mine and several other SETs completely and with almost no discrepancies.
I want to clarify:
you can successfully convert from Pa4.
For older versions PA2 and PA3 it is highly recommended to convert with Korg manager to SET to PA4.
There must be no compressed samples in a set - DECOMPRESS.

I hope I helped. Good luck to all!

Please give some more details about SETs you managed to convert (size and conversion time)

That is good to hear, since my friend just ordered the Korg Pa5x. And he was just asking me about it.

Thank you!

I am assuming you are not including the songbook in the conversion?

I am interested in the Korg Pa4x. What needs to be done (imported successfully) for a set with many samples in it, recorded with the latest version of the OS Next 3.1.0. There are a lot of people here that have failed to import. You didn't explain the whole procedure here, how it worked for you. You only wrote that you converted successfully.
Your words from before: " I'm starting to worry. I can't even convert my own SET".
Pls. Just explain little more what is important to do with our sets from Pa4x.
Thx.
