HELP, M3 Switches on left side for karma stopped working....

Hi All,
Appreciate any help, I just began a music tour, and horrible discovery, the switches on left side, mostly the ones for controlling karma, have stopped working.
Is there a work around to turn Karma and the Drum track ON/OFF, like from the touch screen, or is it only from an external controller only?

Check to see that KARMA / DT Off is not selected in Global. It's on the very first Global page, lower right-hand corner of the screen.

If it is selected, uncheck it, then be sure to Write Global Setting from the drop down menu (the tiny down arrow up at the top right corner of the screen).
