Hi
I got an RME Babyface Pro and a Kronos
Trying to run it on Cubase but it doesn’t work. I got a midi signal but NO sound
I’m on Windows 10
I have set everything up like this (link to Cubase forum)

I don’t know what’s wrong maybe I’m missing something.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

It will not help you but
I don't use anymore the Korg driver : I only use the (midi and audio) driver of my soundcard.

thanks, can you detail your audio connection and studio setup in cubase using the kronos, and the tracks you using with their parameters in order for it to work (audio and midi) ?kronoSphere wrote:It will not help you but

Hello liothomas,
I use the Magix DAW Sequoia and not Cubase. But I think it is all the same.
My Kronos is connected with MIDI to my Soundcard. And I use Digital out from the Kronos to the digital IN of my soundcard.
But it allso worked before with the analog OUT from the Kronos to the ANLOG IN of the soundcard.
At the evidence I sync he tempo into Sequoia to the tempo of your Kronos.
Then with Sequoia it is so simple : I push the PLAY button of my Kronos and Sequoia starts to record in sync my Kronos sequence.
Others in this forum could bring to you any other kind of help.
regards

Assuming you are setting up as Midi Out - Make sure Local Control is checked to ON in Global P.1 I believe if this is unchecked your keyboard will send Midi data, but will not produce any sounds.
