Not sure what you mean by "songbook" on ipad but if you are looking for a really great way to store, sort and view sheet music, check out Mobilesheets by Zubersoft. Their website has a list of recommended page turners.
The app has the ability to select songs from the 4X songbook or you can set up the 4X Songbook to select the appropriate song in Mobilesheets.

Actually, it would be great to have a bluetooth interface on an arranger..
Not only for sending audio, but also for sending midi to external devices like ipad for simple things like this..
Thats why we should have some free programmable buttons, and pedals on our next arranger.

I use Songbook+ all the time, and have not found a page turner necessary, simple flick of iPad screen is all that is needed. (A page turner, I presume, assumes that the music has all been laid out horizontally in full running order).
I use Action Buttons to navigate repeats, DS al Coda, Coda, instrumental breaks, and so on - for me switching between a finger gesture and a page turner would be a complication.
If you are new to Songbook+, strongly recommend you get the Yamaha Bluetooth midi adaptor for wireless connection of Songbook+ to the Pa4X (unless you are using the midi ports for other devices).
When you use Action Buttons, can also change variations, instrument volumes, etc quite easily in different parts of the song. [See https://au.yamaha.com/en/products/music ... index.html]
Think through how you prefer to work - I find it so easy to create Setlists in Songbook+ (and to change the Setlist order) that I rarely use the Pa4X Setlist feature.
