Using both MobileSheet and midi out as a master keyboard

I use mobilesheet to select songbook items from my PC, it’s connected to my PC via the USB Device plug (type b plug). In the global-midi menu the midi preset is shown as tablet. In essence on selecting a song within mobilesheet it sends a control change on channel 16 to change the songbook entry. All works well.

However I also want to use my Pa4X as a master keyboard to control a external sound module. All works well using a midi cable plugged into midi out on my Pa4X and selecting on menu Global-midi with the midi preset Master Keyboard.

My problem is I cannot use both together for two reasons - one uses USB connection (Mobilesheets) the other midi cable and secondly I have to change the global midi preset.

Any thoughts on how I could use both together would greatly be appreciated

I have done some experimenting with my problem.

I can use both midi connection at the same time, that is the midi out to control the sound module and the USB type b connection to my PC which has MobileSheets to control my songbook selection. By adjusting the Global-Midi Preset channel 16 on midi out/in to only accept control messages it appears I can now use both MobileSheets and Pa4X as a master keyboard
