Custom Additional Os For Pa4x

Hi guys,
Since Pa4x is already an oldstory forgotten product for Korg,
could someone program a custom Os like some companies do
for their custom Local locked sets?

-Why is it so hard for Korg to unlock Local Banks for users , or even unlock the sample locations' limit ?
It just doesn't make sense....
There aren't even many companies that created such Localized content.
-Why an international pa4x model, even needs the Local Banks,since they are not usable?
-If Korg's concern is freeing up Os' code,then why they just don't remove local Banks and free up space for other stuff like samples?
-Why international users can't chose between a second Direct set,or a Localized(locked or unlocked)?
Anthonny locks his sets using keyboard's serial number,
maybe he could help us somehow add a second direct set or replace local set with Dir2 set,without affecting or modifying current Os ,Anthony....could that be possible?

I would like to hear your opinion about that.

There is MCX, he is awesome programmer thad made this KB even better.
Better Color on display, better Letters, better OS, better User functions etc.

This is just a modified version of current os,or
maybe a modification of the localized Os he has....

visual modifications,that's it,nothing more.
