Electribe Sampler factory samples corrupted. backup file req

Hi. My Electribe Sampler factory samples have become corrupted and I was hoping someone share their e2sSample.all file of a factory backup.

I've had my Electribe Sampler (Red) in storage for about 3 years and just took it out recently to try it out. The first day it sounded great, nothing wrong. Next day I tried it most of the samples were noisy static. I tried a factory reset but most of the samples remained the same. I don't know what is wrong with it and I contacted KorgUSA support already, with no response. However, the virtual analog oscillators and samples read off of the SDcard play just fine, as does resampling. I theorize that something happened with the ROM on the machine, but I am not sure since I can't find anyone else who has experienced the same problem.

In light of all of this, I was hoping that someone here can share a clean factory e2sSample.all file on here so I can get around the problem if there is no solution.

Looks like a hardware failure (ROM or RAM chips).

On both electribe 2 & 2S, the factory waveforms are in ROM.

You can't export those in a e2sSample.all file on the sampler.

Edit : you can, actually. It's written in the manual. My bad.

But Korg only provides the parameters for the presets, not the samples. Which is weird.
