M3 Volume reduces after about a minute.

Hello. I have an M3 expanded which I have had from new. When you turn it on the volume level is normal but after about a minute the volume level suddenly drops and stays at the reduced level. It is the same through the jack outputs, headphones and the digital output, Switch it off and again and it happens all over again. Any ideas? Regards, Dave.
