I found there's no more support by Korg's Driver list,
and when I plugin the midi-->USB cable to my window 10, it just show the "MIDI Controller" how can I slove this problem?

Karma did not have a USB port, so there's no need of rivers.
You just use the normal MIDI In and Out.
What you have to do is look at the USB to MIDI cable you have see if that needs a driver.
The Korg driver is for Korg's products that communicate via USB

There doesn't seem to be a problem to solve. Basically it looks like Windows 10 can "see" the interface i.e. the necessary drivers have been installed. Any software application intended for use with the Karma keyboard will need to be configured to use the virtual MIDI ports created for the USB to MIDI interface.
