I don’t have my Kronos but i have my Kronos formatted USB memory sticks with my entire Kronos content on it.
Is there a way to open my Kronos formatted memory files on iMac and open the user samples as audio samples in Logic?
Will the sound play in there? And if it can work, which iMac file is best to transfer the Kronos files, so i can be sure to access them from Logic?
I am trying to get my Kronos samples into Logic with only Kronos formatted USB and the backed up Kronos PCG and “save all” files.
Thanks.
Getting Kronos Samples to Logic Pro

I got it worked out.
Thanks.
Was able to find a Wave file stash of most samples i had recorded using Kronos.
It included the sample i was after.
KSC and KSF files were either greyed out or not opening.
But luckily i made a special Wav. file folder with my Wav. file collections.
That easily dropped into Logic sampler and edited to fit.
Now i have one of my Kronos Combis simulated with Logic and Omnisphere, and it includes the original sample i made and used for the original combi on Kronos.
Thanks.

Good luck you saved wav files19naia wrote:KSC and KSF files were either greyed out or not opening.

There are few tools in PC/Win world to convert KMP/KSF to wav (custom samples you get "exporting all" from your Kronos) - "WAVE Extractor" and "Awave studio", unfortunately do not know about Mac world...
