Just bought my Wavestate, works fine out of the box
but I can't use the librarian.
I am using Mac os 10.14.6, no USB problem, logic pro
respond to the wavestate and it is listed in the usb system report. The firmware of the wavestate is 1.0.3.
When I start the librarian I have a message ''waiting for device''. I have restart the computer, no go same message. I have tried to run the 1.0.3 upgrade anyway,
same message. I have shut down the firewall, no result
I am kind of desperate, any idea?
p.s. the synth is connect directly in my synth, no hub.

Hello.
Did you follow the information on page 2 of the manual about the RNDIS setup?
Network communication between the editor and Wavestate won't work until you have RNDIS setup.
Regards
Sharp.

Not much there, I have verified that HoRNDIS as been instal in my mac ( in system report and in the library) version 9.2. I am using Moyave so no reboot needed ( I did it anyway) Only thing that puzzle me is in the manual at the end ''troubleshooting ''
Mac OS: open the System Preferences application, in the Applications folder. Go to the Network panel, and check the list of networks and network devices on the left of the window.
When communicating with the wavestate over USB, the Sound Librarian uses TCP ports 50000 and 50001, and
Bonjour uses UDP port 5353. These can be blocked by a software firewall running on the same computer.
I dont have a wavestate inscription in my network panel ??
and what do they mean by software firewall ??

Finally got the thing to work.
The problem was the installation of HoRNDIS with my system at least, the pkg does not install HoRNDIS or faile to install it properly . So I've trash the driver install by the Korg installer and found the same version 9.2 on internet. Installed it ( in that installation I had to go to security and privacy .......) the librarian is working fine.
There is now a entry in the liste of the network name Wavestate.
