MicroKorg factory patches missing - not on Korg site

Hi all.

I downloaded a demo of Mystery Island's MicroKorg AU editor/librarian to try - was hoping to bring my trusty MicroKorg into my DAW workflow.

However, the editor/librarian somehow loaded the MS2000 factory patches (which are included with the ed/lib software) and I've tried to reset the synth back to the original factory patches, but have had no luck.

I downloaded Korg's MicroKorg editor. However, the factory patches that are on Korg's site are not the factory patches (at least, they don't sound like the patches from my synth). I DL'd the patches here:

The program/patch file name is microKORG_KorgUSAExpansion, which leads me to believe these are a new "expanded" set of sounds.

I'm able to load SysEx into the synth, but I can't find the original patches. I've also tried doing a factory reset of everything, but it doesn't overwrite the patches. (And yes, I have turned off Write Protect).

Can someone please send the original factory patches as SysEx?

Was the Factory Reset attempted with everything else disconnected, apart from the power supply, obviously?
