Minilogue xd: Problem changing patch names with NRPN's

Rigged up a patch randomizer in max with everything workin but patch renaming. Has anyone been able to change patch names with NRPN commands? In the midi implementation chart it shows the NRPN values to set the patch name but they don't seem to work. The other NRPN commands are working fine here. This is the section I'm talking about:
