Not a bug at all..... Midi i/o routing 101 never have the same thing on the same in and out channels thats what creates a midi data loop.

It shouldn't have been working the other way so if it didnt create a loop before then you may have had different midi i/o routing and different filters setup. It is doing exactly what it should do with improper i/o routing and no filter

The problem is that I cant heat the sound from PA4X with LOCAL CONTROL OFF with GLOBAL on MIDI IN CH 1 ! The idea of global is that you point a channel and you play all 3 uppers from external instrument or its own keyboard with local control off! Am I right?

This is written in the manual!!!
Local Control Meaning
On- When you play the keyboard, MIDI data are sent to the internal sound
generator. If Sounds are assigned to a MIDI OUT channel, data are
also sent to the MIDI OUT and USB ports.
Off- The keyboard is connected to the MIDI OUT and USB ports, but cannot
play the internal sound generator.
This is very useful when working with an external sequencer, to send
notes and various MIDI messages from the integrated keyboard and
controllers to the external sequencer, and then let the sequencer
send them back to the sound generator, without overlapping and
MIDI echo effects.

Global will not give you any sound it is only the general category of settings. The generic midi control changes, sysex data, program changes are all global settings but when no sound is routed you will get no sound. You have control on both the in and out of channel 2 that is creating an infinite midi loop which is not linked with a sound so you see the loop but dont hear it.

Assign a sound channel like upper 1-3, track 1-16, drums-acc5, etc...
If you want to control a sound in the DAW and route the sequencing back to the 4x just make sure it's going back in to a different channel so it doesn't loop on itself

OK. The point is that I want to play a 1 midi track data sended to PA4X and PA4X to play all upper channels!!! Isn't it logical? That normal behavior i think!
--------------------------------------
Global-> Special channel to simulate Pa4X’s integrated controllers (keyboard,
pedals, joystick) with an external keyboard or controller. MIDI messages
coming on this channel are seen as if they were generated by
Pa4X’s integrated controllers.

This is for MIDI IN channels

No that can't be done but you can duplicate the one track into 3 and route it to 3 midi in channels that are linked with upper 1-3

Actually as per page 796 in the manual.... You can use global on midi in to simulate the keyboard. The only things you want to watch out for are channels shared, and incompatible sysex data. So make sure you dont have anything on the same channels on the midi in and out so there is no loop and that you filter SysEx.
