Minilogue Loading Sound Packs Issue

Hello, I wonder if anyone is experiencing the same issue and has found a solution? I can add 4 of the Korg released sound packs, in any order, successfully, but the 5th just won't add. I've tried adding in different orders, but it's always the the 5th pack, regardless of which one.
This happens on both my laptops. I've reset the laptop several times, tried fresh install of the librarian and sound packs, all to no avail.

Windows 10 laptop, dedicated only to DAW and Minilogue
