KROSS 2 pitch wheel problem

Hi.

There is a problem with my KROSS 2. The pitch wheel selects the entire range on the half scroll up (or around). After half a scroll up, the further movement of the wheel has no effect.

Then i decided to connect KROSS 2 to PC. When i move physical wheel for a half of a scroll up the wheel in KROSS2 EDITOR moves full scroll up.

This problem is observed only when scrolling pitch wheel up, not down.

It seems like i need calibration of physical wheel. Or it's broken.

Anybody knows how to calibrate pitch wheel on KROSS 2? May be there is service manual?
