I have a problem help me please

I use krome 73. I turned on the machine a few days ago, but I got a system error message. I took out my sd card and I plugged it into my cell phone, and it came up as a damaged . card. So I purchased a new . sd card and am looking for a file to put in it. It's a. rar type, so help me if you know it. :cry:
