How do you hook up a Win 8.1 laptop/tablet to the Pa900 to use as a mirror? I'm using a Gana MINI AV2HDMI converter as the HDMI in from the laptop. The RCA video out go to the input of the converter. The PA900 doesn't respond to the tablet and vice versa. Am I missing something?
