volume and octave upper1,2,3 in style mode
I need some help here. Have been trying to unlink upper style sounds from each other, Happens across all styles. They are linked together volume wise as well as octave wise. What ever is the volume and octave differences, when I try to adjust they all move together. It is very frustrating and must be something I am not seeing. Tried unlocking styles to no avail. Any ideas to get me on the right track?

UpperVolumeLink in StylePreferences (global)
Hello, nitecrawler wrote:Still having trouble here. Any ideas?
I am sure reason of your troubles will be "Upper Volume Link" marked in Preferences/StylePlaySetup. Do not mark "UpperVolumeLink" in your Preferences and then save with "Write Global Style Play Setup"
PS: sorry, as I described UpperVolumeLink for Pa3x - but it is the same for your Pa900, setting is to do in menue Mixer/Tuning: Volume/Pan (manual page 114)
kind regards

siebenhirter,
Your comment regarding mixer/tuning was the path I was after. The menu under style play mode - volume pan tab has a box for upper volume link. It was checked. I unchecked it and "lo and behold" my link volume problems disappeared. Thanks for getting me sorted!
best regards, Eric (nitecrawler)
