foot switch trigger

I'd like to be able to trigger a clap sequence to a foot switch. Is that possible? How would I do it?

One way is to use SEQ or SEQ mode.

Find your drum kit program and the key for clap

play/Record that note on SEQ mode, choosing your tempo and length of the Song.

Save it to DISK.

Set your Foot switch in GLOBAL/controllers to SONG start/stop

Save that

Load your SONG , press your Foot Switch

Might be another way. I like to play in SEQ most of the time

1.record the clap seq to a midi clip.
2. create a drum pattern from the midi clip.
3. assign to the drum track
4. Assign foot switch to drum track.
