KLC since 2005 or so... still not able to install on new mac

KLC since 2005 or so... still not able to install on new mac

I do have everything I need, like the box, the codes, etc. But the system says it has been registered before, which is right. But that was with an emailadres that is longer existing. How can I reinstall and upgrade to 64-bit? Anyone? :)
