Korg volca sample - Samples fade out when using the loop

As the title says, When I put the sampler in loop mode and trigger a sample instead of looping the sample over and over it fades out. I've tried adjusting the decay option which doesn't help. Any one able to offer advice!

Once the loop starts playing, quickly rotate the decay knob fully counter clockwise, then back to full clockwise and the loop will continue to repeat at full volume with no decay. (Many thanks to Dubtext for showing me this trick).
