A lot of sounds that we identify as "organ" sounds are stacked pulse waves, often in octaves. The E.Organ - Vox 1 waveform sounds like a good starting point. Add pitch modulation, brighten it up with a sawtooth, drench it in chorus... That's how I'd go about it. If that doesn't work, the MOD-7 could be your friend here.

We do this one live - I listened to live versions from the 80's, plus the original and settled upon using the stock patch '80's Poly Synth' with a lot of added modulation.
