Eowave Ribbon
Just came in the mail and I'm starting to work with in now in AL-1 mode. The secret is in how you have your pitch bend information set up - but I'm still in the very early experimenting stage. You have pitch plus pressure on the ribbon and another "tactile pad" which can be set to any CC#.

I just got my Kronos and am getting a QuNeo soon. I searched the webs for pad control on the kronos, and I found a little, but not enough to satisfy..mm-pro wrote:Keith McMillen's QuNeo controller works. Now I have to find time to make some profiles specifically for the Kronos.
I am curious if you get the kronos to.respond to the QuNeo's capabilities. like the x,y functions. would be great if one could assign different effects to that and play a chord with one pad on the QuNeo.
can't wait. perhaps running QuNeo thru Live and connecting Live to the Kronos would grant me more possibilities..
I think it's amazing I can use the Kronos, a pad controller, a laptop and a DAW to create a complete album.. just add a Mic.

Hello, 2 things.
1. I plugged in a Alto Live 88 midi controller, which worked for 30 minutes before stopping. - Now when i plug it in the same usb port it doesent work (unless i change to the other port) and that port only works with USB flash drives if i restart the kronos (mine may be broken? but it was brand new and the problem started after using the midi controller...)
and
2. The Korg nanopad is confirmed. - Does this apply for both generations nanopad and nanopad2 both work with kronos?

Try searching for "nanoPAD" in the Parameter Guide (use your PDF reader's Search function). The answer's there!AlexJoKeys wrote:2. The Korg nanopad is confirmed. - Does this apply for both generations nanopad and nanopad2 both work with kronos?

M-audio Oxygen 61 does not work
M-Audio Oxygen 61 leaves notes out of chords and locks notes up in the on position, I have to change patches to get it to stop.

Kurzweil PC3LE8 (88. notes keyboard) working perfectly with Kronos X73, like controller. USB connection a and b cable (MIDI thru USB), without need for any settings. Kronos with FATAR keyboard, perfect combination!

Kurzweil MIDIboard v3, using MIDI cables.
The best synth/workstation with the best controller ever (25 years between them !).
I have to say that I am quite impressed with the RH3 keyboard as well (88 key version). Very quick repetition and nice interface feel between the keys and how the sounds respond. My only complain would be that it needs too much force to trigger the mono aftertouch, but I guess it is normal for a weighted action of this type.
Also, my new Kronos 2 responds perfectly to polyphonic aftertouch.

I use a StudioLogic Acuna 88, which works perfectly with USB MIDI and power.
I had a month a MidiMan/Vega 88, which works with USB but is absolutely not usable in live situations due to hanging note problems (via both USB and MIDI). I even had it replaced but the second one had (although less often) the same problems.

Re: Novation Remote 49 works ok??
I have the Novation MKII 61 key and have it connected via USB with no problem and aftertouch working, so the Remote 49 will likely work, toocorreozalo wrote:Hello. I need a keyboard midi controller 49 with aftertouch that work ok with conecting only usb. Novation Remote 49 work ok?
