NanoKey Studio bluetooth question - Mac

Post by replicant6 »

Hi everybody. I'm hoping somebody can help. I recently got the NanoKey Studio and it works wonderfully with Gadget on my iPad! I'm very happy with it.

However, when I try to connect it to my Mac I have problems. I'm running a late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro with El Capitan. I downloaded the Bluetooth connection software. Now my device is recognized and shows up in the Audio Midi Setup window. But when I click connect, it just seems to think about it for a while and then fails. I click connect again, same thing.
Note that it works just fine when plugged in via USB. However, I really like the wireless functionality and I hope to get it to work with Ableton Live.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

did you found any solution?
I've got exactly the same problem, I’m not able to connect the nanoKey Studio to my MBP-Retina(2012) via Bluetooth.
