Midi controller for Kronos

I'm looking for a midi keyboard controller for use with the Kronos 2. I was watching the Novation Remote 49 sl but not if I can do what I need to play live. I want setear each set of sounds including driver and burn the Kronos as to change the set list of sounds, also do the driver automatically. And I need to know whether to play the sound on the controller also raises own effects thereof.

I vaguely remember connecting my SlMk2 and switching combos but i have no idea how I did it. I may have been connected through my DAW. I only ever connected them once and never did it again. I never needed to.
