Korg Canada - email ?

Post by ajean »

Hi,

Anybody has a valid email for Korg Canada ?

The address I have is "info@jamindustries.com" but I always received a message stating that I'm not on the allowed list so my email is refused/returned...

So I guess that this email is not the "public" one...

Thank you for your help!

I think it's...
info@korgcanada.com

Which is the same company "jamindustires"....apparently.

There are very old posts on this forum regarding previous service from this company, but things may have changed since then...?

Best Wishes.

Téléphone/Phone : 1-877-526-5463
Fax : 1-800-563-2591
Courriel/E-mail : parts@jamindustries.com

This will get you the parts department. I guess you could get contact with other departments via them

Thanks, Dan. The numbers and e-mail I gave above are for the parts dept. - dealt with them a few weeks ago. Connie was polite and prompt. Good service. :)

The average email response time is around 3 days, here in the UK,but it may be different for you.

I'm curious as to what your question is ?
There's no obligation to share it with us,though.... :)

Best Wishes.

No problem sharing... :-)

On the Korg USA site, it is mentionned that if the product is registered within 90 days, Korg extends the warranty for a full year. (Thus having a 2 years warranty instead of one...)

On the Canadian Korg site, nothing of the sort is written anywhere...

I just want to have some clarification about that.

(For such an expensive piece of hardware, one year of warranty is not much...)

Well, I just received words from Korg Canada...

No warranty extension here.

So the Kronos 2 here in Canada is actually selling for about 5000$CDN with 1 year warranty.

This is a disappointment...
