Korg Pa500 Fill-in

I see on the pa500 that there are 2 fill-in buttons and one that's a fill/break, can it be used as a regular fill or just a break?

They're all the same and by that I mean they support the same exact features, so you can program them any way you like.

So is it the same thing for the 3rd intro/count-in?

Yes and so is for Ending 3 ..etc.
