Korgpa 3x MP3 problem

Hello I have a problem with my korgpa3x.
Whenever i start playing an mp3 music on keyboard,it stops working at random duration (the keyobard freezes) and I cannot play it again or back unless I reboot the keyboard.
Any help would be really appreciated.
