Help! My Korg Pa500 doesn't start.

Hey there, please help me, i have a Korg Pa500. Since yesterday this keyboard doesn't start, only the screen is blank, with the symbol of korg, i try install the S.O., but i can´t do it. PLEASE HELP ME.

Amigos, disculpen mi inglés, pero realmente necesito su ayuda, ¿Cómo reinstalar el sistema operativo Korg Pa500? Ya intenté utilizando el botón intro1 al encender el teclado y no pasa nada.
