Sad news...we lost a forum member and friend

This is very sad and tragic news.
However, my spirits have been lifted reading so many heartfelt comments from everyone, and I'd like to think that somehow NuSkoolTone knows how we feel.

Wes was sadly laid to rest yesterday in Poughkeepsie New York. His wife would like to express her heartfelt gratitude to everyone for all the kind words and prayers.

Thank you everyone! It definitely puts all things into proper perspective.

Wes would have been proud and urge everyone here to keep spreading the joy of music.

It's sad to be reminded in this way that life on Earth is just a vapor, a mist; it's here one moment, gone the next.
My condolences and strength for this family.

Always makes me a little sad to hear this, even if I didn't know him personally.

My most sincere condolences to his family and friends.

It certainly does put a perspective on things, one of my close friends died on the same day, also very young at 45.

All I have been able to think about in the last week is that he died well before his time and how sad it is. All other problems have taken a back seat.

An infinitely helpful and seemingly wise soul. His knowledge helped me out of many a bind over the years, long before I actually signed up.

Music can indeed save your mortal soul. Wes was well aware and shared freely with us all as much as he could! RIP.
