Initialized Korg Trinity

Post by deck-o »

Hello,

I've bought an used Korg Trinity and it was basically being used as a midi controller because all sounds were reseted and floppy drive is not working. :?

The only patch available is the dry piano throughout the 2 banks and combinations.

In the Global -> Page 2 -> All the enables are on. (Besides of course the Protect ;)

I tried to send or get files with Trinitro and it returns "No response from Trinity".

I did the loop test in my midi interface with Midi-OX and had no error, therefore I'm assuming the problem is not the cable nor the midi connections.

I did a test to dump all data with SysEx Librarian and received 170.1KB, so I can receive SysEx.

I could not find a SyxEx file with the factory banks of Trinity to try to send with SyxEx Librarian and in the official KORG support page there are only .pcg factory banks.

Would somebody be extremely gentle and send me a sysex to put this beauty back to work ? :D

Thanks in advance.

Solved. :D

Roland UM-One MKII has the right driver to allow the transfer between Trinity and the keyboard.
