Locked out of heaven Bruno Mars synth sounds? help
Hi, I play the song "Locked out of heaven" by Bruno Mars in a cover band and I don't know how to program a good pad, bass synth and lead synth like in the original song. Does anyone have ideas, combis..? Thank you so much for your help.

I do this song in sequencer mode. I will email you the programs names as soon as I can get to my keyboard; probably later tonight.

I haven't forgot about getting you the program names, its just that I can't get to my keyboard right now. I will as soon as I can. I am relatively sure they are stock programs from there original model.

Finally could get to my Kronos. The sound used for any chords is Fat Living Synth. The synth line parts are a combination of Fat Living Synth and Warm Carpet Synth about 50/50. The program FX are ok for synth tone, but I added some delay R125 L100 to fatten it up a little. If you have the FX space some stereo auto pan 50/50 also adds movement, but only of you play in stereo.

I have a noob question regarding the creation this combi.
I've set up an init Combi using your two synth sounds listed below as tracks 1 & 2. Now I'm trying to assign the "whoo whoo whoo" male vocal voice as track 3, of which I found a close representation of on the C#-6 key of Program I-F103 "Rap/Gospel Hits". I'd like that to trigger on the C1 key of my combi. I'm still hunting for the "unh" sound, which I'd like to assign to the D1 key. How do I do this? I've looked through the manual and have yet to find clear direction.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I combi mode, you would have to assign these programs to another track (or what ever they call it in combo mode), use the keyboard zone function to assign those tracks to the notes you want to use, then use the transpose function in each track to make the correct pitch for each program on the note assigned.
