I decided to click on our sound site. Wonderful work, very warm inviting textures, and cool melodies! The best! P.T.L.J.C. :) :) :)

I'm partial to Roland pads but looking at costs I can't help but wonder if maybe Omnisphere or Komplete 9 ultimate, I would wait hoping for amChristmas sale again, wouldn't be a better addition.

Do you need a special board to take advantage of the supernatural sounds? I would have an integra hooked to my Kronos or 49slmk2.

Thanks!

No special board is needed for the SN sounds. There are indeed pads aplenty (some sounds have like 20 different variations!) but if you are looking for some fantastic warm Roland pads you could also look at bagging a used JD990 on e-bay with a Vintage Synth expansion board. They usually sell in the $400-$600 range.

Hey thanks I will look into that but I am really drawn to the sub 37 and the Tempest. I wish I could find one locally to try out.

Hey guys, one quick question: is the Integra backward compatible - can I import patches from an JV 1080 / 2080? I mean user edited patches. Do they sound properly? Does it make a difference if the sounds are from an extension card (I know, you can only load 4 at the same time)?
Would be great, if you can simply save your patches on Smart Memory Card and import it with an USB adapter into Integra :D
