Can you build an Emx-1 in Analog form??

Post by electribeking »

Will Korg design a Emx-1 in true analog format, with new improvements. Also effects for each individual part would be nice. Their can be many improvements in this great piece of machinery. Transpose write/save would also be awesome to, just a couple examples?? Why only 3 effects? Very limited from Korg, on that design of the machine, and not being able to save/write a transpose adjustments?...Korg do you here me!! Another filter would also take the emx-1 to a whole other level..may more plan from electribking!!

It was designed along time ago now when all the electronics involved were a lot less powerful. You can kind of simulate the idea of an analog emx by using the emx to sequence a Tetra or something similer.

Go build a synth. Plenty of DIY shops out there to assemble some yourself.
