Hello,
It's my first time here, I read the forum but I could not find the info I'm searching for, hope it's not repeated.
I've been trying to mix sounds, I read the manuals and I can get different layers and split sounds. But I have one problem I cannot solve.
Is it possible to have two split sounds with two preset patches? I can make it with one but not with two, the B sound I am only able to use it from the oscillator sounds, and I would like to use other preset sounds sometimes.
For example, I would like to have two sounds split like: bottom one (004 French Toast) and upper one (135 Pad of the ring).
Is it possible or not? if so, how can I choose the B sound from a preset patch?
Thanks
Split and Layer with preset patches

Hi all,
I'm having the same problem in figuring this out.
I understand you have to "Copy timbre" or "copy parameter." But it is very confusing to figure out.
Would someone please be kind enough to post a *step by step* set of directions on how to do this copy timbre? So that I can have, for example, Prog 001 Stab King on the left half of the keyboard and Prog 036 Classic Lead on the right half??
I have researched this over and over and gone over the manuals over and over and I simply CANNOT figure out for the life of me how to do this correctly.
Thanks in advance
