I recommend that you re-install the latest OS first and see if it fixes the problem.

im reinstalling 2 times lates ios, but not change

what role did INTRO 1 when installion ios

hi, when you insert 1st disc and on the screen appear "press OK" you DON´T press OK - press Intro1.

If you press INTRO1 your internal SSD-Memory will be erased (not the content of your harddisc - don´t worry). If there might be a problem it only can be solved by pressing INTRO1 instead of OK because OK will NOT erase the SSD memory.

I have read most of your post on Korg forum and I believe you could help me in this situation.

I have downloaded the Korg PaX3 .set into Korg Pa1x and unfortunately its damaged the OS and factory resources. I didn't have a back up from my korg pa1x.

I am using OS and factory resources files available on KorgPa.com.

When I have load them into the keyboard (using intro 1) every thing comes back to normal except I don't have sound output from my speakers.

I re-install the OS and factory resources over than 20 times. Just two time speakers worked and as soon as I turned the keyboard off, came back to the same situation as before. Even I have changed the Rams.no result achieved.

what is you advise?

which key do you have exactely?

Do you hear no sound out of the internal speakers or external speaker or headphone too? Can you describe in Detail?

Maybe we have to handle step by step.
