As the title suggests, anything goes in this section.

Halloween good movie

Post by Bertotti »

I can't pretend to know how people around the world do or don't celebrate Halloween but in the US we start watching scary movies. Sadly most of them don't come close to giving me a scare but I do love Vampire movies and Werewolf movies. I watched one last night I had never seen and it was pretty dark but good. Let the Right One in. About a 12 year old vampire, just saying it was a nice change of pace from the high tech glamorized vampire shows or Vlad remakes.

Here is a link to the trailer on youtube. here it is
I watched it on netflixs but didn't think to see if there was an english version so I read the subtitles which doesn't bother me i do it all the time.

That's a brilliant film, one of my favourites.

There is an American remake of it but it's not as good but still not bad.

Whats the american remake? I am not usually happy with American remakes. They destroyed the show Coupling in the remake an absolutely hilarious series, and The girl with the dragon tattoo just didn't live up to my expectations after having seen the original first.

I was going to say the same thing. The American remake sucks so badly I can't even remember the name of it.

Let me in was the American version. I haven't seen it and it isn't on netflix so I probably won't.
